Bill Sweatt (USA 21) challenges Colton Gillies (Canada 18). Team Canada defeated Team USA 4-1 on Friday, January 4, 2008, during the World Junior Championship at CEZ Arena in Pardubice, Czech Republic.  The result put Team Canada into the gold medal game and Team USA into the bronze medal game. Gillies plays for the Saskatoon Blades and was drafted 16th overall in 2007 by the Minnesota Wild.   He is the nephew of former NHL HOFer Clark Gillies whlie Sweatt plays for the Colorado College Tigers and is a 2007 second round draft pick of the Chicago Blackhawks.
